This occasion will not not only be a day of remembrance for those who lost their lives during the terrorists attacks in 2001; it will also afford students and staff the opportunity to honor both campus officials and first responders in our community. The event will take place around campus, primarily in the S Building. There will be a blood drive, displays remembering those who lost their lives and projects to help create gift baskets and write encouraging notes to first responders. Also, for those interested, recruiters from the armed forces, EMTs and representatives from local police departments will be available to provide information regarding their fields of service.
